The sui network is currently facing significant operational challenges, resulting in widespread transaction delays and temporary service disruptions. Users across multiple affected platforms are reporting difficulties, marking one of the most severe technical incidents since Sui's mainnet launch.

Sui's Core team has acknowledged the issue via their official X account, noting impacts on decentralized applications (dApps) like Slush and SuiScan. Transactions may remain slow or unprocessable until a resolution is deployed. Historical precedents suggest a rapid recovery is likely—past outages in November 2024 (caused by a transaction scheduling bug) and December 2025 (from a suspected DDoS attack) were both resolved within hours.

The market's reaction to the outage appears muted thus far, with Sui's token price showing minimal volatility following the announcement.
